Visa Application & Approval
We issue your invitation letter. You submit to your local Japanese embassy with supporting documents. Approval typically in 2–4 weeks. We guide you through every country-specific requirement.
Included: Invitation letter, itinerary, business description, embassy-specific guidance.

Day 1 · Arrival
Arrival in Japan — You're Picked Up
Your agent meets you at the airport. Transfer to our private yard guesthouse — check in, settle in, zero hotel cost. Evening briefing: auction schedule, targets, and strategy for your visit.
Included: Airport pickup, free guesthouse, welcome briefing, yard tour.

Day 2–4 · Sourcing
Auction Halls & Local Dealer Visits
Your agent drives you to auction halls (USS, CAA, TAA) and local dealer lots. Walk the lanes, inspect vehicles personally, review grade sheets with your agent translating every detail. You set the bid limit — we execute.
Exclusive: Access to local niche sources — dealer clearance, fleet disposals, private sellers unavailable to overseas buyers without local introduction.

Day 4–5 · Final Day
Vanning Day — Watch, Confirm, Pay
All purchased vehicles arrive at our yard. You inspect each one again. You watch loading into the container. When you're satisfied — you confirm. Payment made. Container sealed. You fly home.
Payment: Bank wire, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, or cash in-person. Receipt issued immediately.

Shipping & Documentation
Full export documentation, B/L, customs papers sent to you. Container tracking shared. Estimated 4–6 weeks to East African ports, 6–8 weeks to Southeast Asia. We support until your cargo arrives.
